• I must commend you on the wonderful service I received this time for my 2004 RAV. I have come to the dealership many times but there was a HUGE difference this visit. I had to come on Friday and return on Monday when the part I needed was ordered. I dealt with two service people - Alex and another gentleman on Monday (sorry I don't remember his name). They were thorough, kept me informed of the whole process, where my car was at every 30 or 40 minutes and did not try and sell me something else. Something about the service was very different. I commend you on the new procedures you are using and will definitely come back when needed. Hurray! There is still such a thing as Customer Service.....

  • I am a new Wietzes customer and this past visit was my second. Both times I was very happy and felt personally looked after, especially by your excellent service adviser, Steven Winchur. The fact that he remembered me on the second visit, and why I had brought my car in for service, indicated I was more than a number. The two shuttle rides I had – one with Joe and one with Paul – were a pleasure. I had good, friendly company but with both being careful and attentive to their driving. It is important to me, also, that the time frame for my appointment length was indicated readily and, as it turned out, very accurately. Anyway, the whole experience has been great and my only regret is that I spent two years going to another Toyota dealer for service.
